Shipments and Returns

We at Satellite strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Below, you will find our shipping and return policies, designed to offer you clarity and confidence with every purchase.

Your Pack Shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with a required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Regardless of the shipment choice, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items into one order whenever possible, as we cannot group two separate orders placed at different times. Shipping fees will apply to each order individually. Though we take special care to protect fragile objects, your package will be dispatched at your own risk.

Our boxes are appropriately sized, and your items are well-protected during shipment.


Return Conditions:

  1. Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your item.
    In accordance with Ukrainian consumer protection law, you are entitled to return a product of satisfactory quality within 14 days, provided it has not been used and retains its original condition, including packaging, tags, and documentation.

  2. Items that cannot be returned.
    Please note that certain items, including custom-made products or those with a personalized nature, cannot be returned, as per the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 on the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection."

Return Procedure:

  1. Submit a Return Request.
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email or phone, providing your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Package the item.
    Ensure the item is packed in its original packaging along with all accompanying accessories and documents. Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted for return.

  3. Send the item back.
    Ship the item to our return address using your preferred shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified by the terms of the agreement.

  4. Refund Process.
    Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
